  1. Bullet MARCOS POGGI DE ARAUJO, B.Sc. Naval Sciences, B.Sc. Economics. Former positions:  Operations Director of Companhia Docas do Rio de Janeiro (the Rio de Janeiro Port operators), President of  FLUMITRENS ( Rio de Janeiro urban railway operators), Deputy Secretary of Transportation, Rio de Janeiro State. Board member of Companhia do Metropolitano do Rio de Janeiro (Metro-Rio) and Conselho de Autoridade Portuária (CAP- Port Authority Board) for the ports of Rio de Janeiro, Sepetiba, Niterói and Forno. Member of the Logistics and Transportation Board at the Rio de Janeiro Commerce Association. Headed over a hundred projects in the areas of industrial development and transportation.

  2. Bullet RAFAEL GONZALES PEREZ, Civil Engineer, Diploma of Extended Studies in Management, University of Paris IX (Dauphine),  independent advisor of World Bank for over ten years in matters of transportation planning and institutional modernization, in all transportation modes. Near three decades experience in conception and planning of transportation systems.

  3. Bullet JOÃO VICENTE ARAUJO LIMA, Civil Engineer, over twenty years experience in  consultive engineering including projects, survey and management in the areas of  geotechnics (hillside upholding, lowering of underground water levels, reinforcement of large dams) and basic sanitation. Certified real estate appraiser by CEF since 1988.

  1. Bullet ÁLVARO BUARQUE GOULART, Mechanical and Industrial  Engineer. B.Sc. Naval Sciences. Marechal Hermes medal at IME (Military Institute of Engineering) as the first ranked officer among all courses. Head Engineering Division, Navy Artillery Factory, and later a civilian manufacturer of defense items. Fleet manager, Technical Director, Cia. Paulista de Comércio Marítimo (shipping, selection/acquisition of new ships). USA residence 1991-2003, with multiple activities including advisory for defense in Latin America. Expertise in defense, shipping, maritime industry.

  2. Bullet CELSO ALMEIDA PARISI. Mechanical Engineer, Escola Politécnica, USP – Universidade de São Paulo (São Paulo University)  and B. Sc. Naval Sciences (Brazilian Navy Officer). Professor of Thermodynamics at Brazilian Naval School for ten years and Professor of Maritimes Machines at Naval Engineering Department of Engineering School in Rio de Janeiro Federal University for five years. President of Companhia Docas do Rio de Janeiro (Rio de Janeiro, Sepetiba, Niterói, Forno and Angra dos Reis ports). Adviser for transportation, naval industry, oil and gas industry and TI for over twenty five years.

  3. Bullet FRANCISCO JOSÉ ROBERTSON PINTO, Civil Engineer, former Engineering Director of Companhia do Metropolitano do Rio de Janeiro (Metro-Rio), Rio de Janeiro State Secretary of Transportation, and  President of Companhia Docas do Rio de Janeiro. Presently, Head of the Logistics and Transportation Board at the Rio de Janeiro Commerce Association. Extensive experience in activities related with transportation planning. Expertise in logistics and transportation systems.

  4. Bullet JOSÉ ALBERTO GEMAL, Civil Engineer, Master in Philosophy - Urban Design and Regional Planning, University of Edimburg, Scotland. Assistant professor of Urbanism and Regional Planning at UFRJ. Over thirty years experience coordinating important works in the areas of industrial planning and port operations, transportation infrastructure projects, environmental studies and municipal development plans. Advisor for matters related with planning of industrial, port and airport complexes, transportation infrastructure, regional development and environmental studies.

  5. Bullet JOSÉ CARLOS LEGEY. Chemical Engineer. PhD Chemical Metallurgy , Imperial College, London. Assistant professor in Chemistry and Natural Science Departament at Instituto Tecnológico da Aeronáutica – ITA. Technical Director Companhia. Nacional de Álcalis. Adviser for matters related with oil and gas, fertilizers, energy, petrochemical and environmental issues for over twenty five years, having headed an expressive number of important studies and projects in the above mentioned areas.

  6. Bullet LUIZ FERNANDO JANOT, Urban Architect, M.Sc. with ongoing doctorate works at PROURB – FAU/ UFRJ. Effective Counselor of CREA-RJ for ten years, President of the Brazilian Institute of Architects (IAB/RJ) in 92/93. Permanent Counselor of IAB/RJ, member of judgment boards for public contests of projects for over ten years. Professor of Architecture at Gama Filho University (UGF) for over ten years. Head, Project Department of UGF, winning several awards and distinctions, besides notable experience of over thirty years in the creation of important architectural and urban development designs plus architectural consultig services in Brazil. Advisor for Architecture and Urban Development matters.

  7. Bullet NÉLIO DA SILVA, Rear-Admiral (ret.), specialized in Hydrography and Navigation with a Doctorate degree from the École  Superieure de Guerre Interarmées, Paris, France. Former Head of the Brazilian Antarctic Program and Captain of the ocean research vessel Barão de Teffé for over two years. Extensive experience in studies and projects of ports and waterways transportation systems. Co-authored the book “Blue Amazonia: our own sea” edited by Record. Advisor for matters of Hydrography, Navigation and Maritime Transportation.
